Trivia

Game info

Comparison between FS09/11 Self-Propelled Sprayer (up) and real Dammann DT 2000H (down).
  • Dammann DT 2000/DT 2000H self-propelled sprayer appears unlicensed in Farming Simulator 09's Gold Edition and base game of Farming Simulator 11, nicknamed Self-Propelled Sprayer. In real-life, Dammann DT 2000H also has a liftable suspension.
    • Self-Propelled Sprayer's spraying boom appears little bit different: in FS09, its boom covers left and right sizes of the cabin, and in FS11 it appears shorter.
    • Unlicensed Dammann DT 2000H (Self-Propelled Sprayer) is a first self-propelled sprayer in the series, after which comes more and more self-propelled sprayers in future games (in FS13 - Amazone Pantera, in FS17 - New Holland SP.400F, Stara Imperador 3.0 and Massey Ferguson MF 9030, in FS19 - Hardi Rubicon 9000, in FS22 - Berthoud Bruin 4200 and Agrio Dino II, in FS25 - Agrifac Condor Endurance II, Fendt Rogator 900, Dammann DT 2800H S5 and Case IH Patriot 4450).
    • Overall, Dammann, Liebherr, John Deere, International Harvester (now Case IH), CLAAS, New Holland and Mercedes-Benz are brands in the series which machines appear unlicensed (under the Lizard) brand before partnership with GIANTS Software and its licensed debuts in future games (Case IH/International Harvester - FS13, New Holland and Liebherr - FS15, John Deere and CLASS - FS19, Dammann - FS25 NEXAT DLC, Mercedes-Benz - FS25 Mercedes-Benz DLC).
  • Before the release of Farming Simulator 25, Dammann said to german FS25 player NPLAY that they will make its licensed debut in the game but they did not want to say what machines will be included by them.
    • Debuting as a licensed manufacturer as a part of NEXAT Pack for FS25, the SFP22056 - PROFI-CLASS sprayer module for NEXAT Wide-Span System is featured as a part of this DLC.
    • Highlands Fishing Expansion expands Dammann fleet with DT 2800H S5 self-propelled sprayer and Profi-Class Tridem trailed one.

In real life

  • Dammann is one of the manufacturers that produces tri-axled sprayers, e.g. Dammann-trac DT 3500 S5 EcoDrive (self-propelled) and Dammann Profi-Class Tridem (trailed).
  • Dammann also has mounted sprayers for Mercedes-Benz Unimog, JCB Fastrac and Mercedes-Benz MB-trac.
  • Dammann's first self-propelled sprayer, which was introduced in 1984, was built on Mercedes-Benz MB-trac chassis. Later self-propelled sprayers were built on Unimog chassis, which is is still sometimes used as a base vehicle today.
