The Arcusin FSX 63.72 is a type of Bale Collector in Farming Simulator 17. It is the largest and most expensive Bale Collector in the base game, and can hold 16 Square Bales. It significantly speeds up the process of collecting bales, and can create perfect tall stacks that take up very little space in storage.

Advantages

  • Large Capacity: The FSX 63.72 can carry up to 16 Square Bales, making it the largest Bale Collector of any type. In a single pass, it can clear almost one hectare's worth of bales.
  • Tall Stacking: When unloading its cargo, the FSX 63.72 can create perfect stacks up to 8 bales tall. This is roughly the maximum height a Front Loading Arm can reach. This feature makes bale storage very space-efficient.
  • Folding: Switching the FSX 63.72 to "Transport Position" folds in the pickup device, ensuring that it won't get snagged on scenery objects or other machines.
  • Open Pickup Area: The FSX 63.72's pickup area is immediately in front of its pickup header. It only needs to approach a Bale (to a distance of about 1.5 meters) and will automatically pick that bale up and arrange it in the storage bay. This makes pickups very easy and quick.

Disadvantages

  • Expensive: The FSX 63.72 is the most expensive Bale Collector in the base game, at $70,000. Its maintenance cost is also very high for an implement, at $170 a day.
  • Heavy: The FSX 63.72 weighs just over 9 tons when empty. Smaller Tractors and Cars may struggle to accelerate properly when towing this device, especially once it is full of Bales.
  • Very Small Offset: The pickup header of the FSX 63.72 is set only a small distance off the right of the machine. When using a very wide Tractor to tow it (e.g. a Large Tractor with "Twin Wheels"), the tractor's wheels can block part or all of the pickup header. Consider this when selecting a vehicle to tow the FSX 63.72.
