Kuhn Primor 15070/Farming Simulator 17

The Kuhn Primor 15070 is a type of Straw Blower in Farming Simulator 17. It is the only Straw Blower in the base game. With a low price-tag and relatively good cargo space, it is an adequate tool for the simple job of shredding Straw Bales.

Advantages

• Cheap: The Primor 15070 costs only $25,000, which should be rather affordable if you're already at the stage where you can afford a Baler, Animals, and the equipment for manipulating bales and Manure. It would then be just one more piece of equipment to buy in order to make Straw distribution a little easier. With this price-tag, you should be able to afford two Primor 15070 - one for your Pig Sty, and another for your Cow Pasture. There is no need to buy more than two.

Disadvantages

• Questionable Single Function: The only thing a Straw Blower can do is to break a Straw Bale into loose straw. It cannot do anything else. Furthermore, it isn't even a necessary component in Animal Husbandry, since straw bales can be added to an Animal Pen directly with a Bale Fork. Straw can even be dumped in loose form with a Bucket or Loading Wagon - and these are tools that can perform many other functions on your farm.
