The Michieletto AM19 is an Animal Transport available in Farming Simulator 17. It is the larger and more expensive of the two Animal Transport models in the base game, capable of transporting a much larger group of Animals. It is configured for towing by Trucks, but can be towed by other vehicles with the help of a Dolly adapter.

Advantages

  • Large Capacity: The AM19 is the largest transport for animals in the base game. It should be suitable for a late-game Animal Husbandry business.

Disadvantages

  • Expensive: The AM19 costs $67,000 to buy. This means that it will need to transport no fewer than 335 animals before it pays for itself (not including the cost of Fuel). Only a large Animal Husbandry business can justify such an expensive vehicle.
  • Fifth Wheel: The AM19 features a Fifth Wheel attachment, designed to by towed by a Truck. A Dolly can be purchased and attached to the AM19 to allow it to be towed by other vehicles. Note, however, that a Dolly makes maneuvering in reverse very difficult.
  • Heavy: Even when empty, the AM19 already weighs 7 tons. When full of animals it weighs even more. You'll need a powerful vehicle to tow this trailer comfortably. Again, it is designed to be towed by a Truck, but a powerful Tractor or even a fully-upgraded Lizard Pickup TT might be able to handle it if a Truck is not available - assuming you can afford a Dolly adapter.
