The Thüringer Agrar (TAM) Leguan Quattro 40 is a type of Header Trailer in Farming Simulator 17. It is the longest of all Header Trailers in the base game, capable of carrying pretty much any Header.
Advantages
- Very Long: The Leguan Quattro 40 is the longest Header Trailer available in the base game. It can easily carry a 12.5 meter header, such as the New Holland Varifeed 41FT, which is the longest header in the game that does not have a built-in trailer frame. It can carry smaller headers equally well.
- Strong Grip: The Leguan Quattro 40 exerts a respectable 500 points of "magnetic" force on the Header it is carrying, which is enough to hold most Headers in place when driving reasonably or even during low-speed collisions.
- Stable: The Leguan Quattro 40 features two wide axles with a total of four wheels. This makes it quite stable, at least compared to some other Header Trailer models. This does not mean you should tow it carelessly - it is still quite narrow.
Disadvantages
- Expensive: The Leguan Quattro 40 is one of the more expensive Header Trailers, at $8,000. Then again, this is usually a relatively small amount by the time you can afford very long headers.
