Hello. The Titanium is worth getting for that new map alone. It also has new and bigger combine harvesters with 12m cutters, a twice bigger slurry tank and a bigger windrower. The rest of the things like those CASE IH tractors or equipment aren't really better than the basic stuff.
As for your forklift question, I don't think that is possible because of how unstable things behave when they collide in the game, but you could try doing that of course. Considering you're using 3rd party mods, I'd recommend you to get the More Realistic mod from fs-uk.com site. It adds a much imporved physics model to the game so things like transporting vehicles or tools with trailers is a much easier task to complete. But keep in mid that all the physics improvements only apply to the default machinery of the game or certain other mr-compatible 3rd party mods. It doesn't currently work with any of the dlc equipment, including the Titianium addon stuff.

From what I can tell it has exactly the same working width as the 19.500 model.

Store description for Tectron says it's 4 rows in case if you missed that. And I don't remember Maxtron being any wider than that, so I guess it's the same width for it. Don't bother with early potatoe/sugar beet equipment, it's very underpowered when it comes to harvesting itself at least.

You can see which selling station pays the most for certain product right on your pda. The Mill for instance pays the most for Wheat, The Inn prefers potatoes.
