Edits to "Hagenstedt" page

Hey, I just thoroughly edited your "Hagenstedt" page.  I was wondering precisely what you mean when saying that Hagenstedt is an "island, just like in [the other farming sim games]".  You seem to reference it being an island many times.  Do you mean it is literally an island, i.e. land surrounded on all sides by water?  It seems that "map" may be a better choice of words here.  Thanks.
