The Vicon Fanex 604 is a type of Tedder in Farming Simulator 17. It is the smallest and cheapest Tedder in the base game. This Tedder is very suitable for early-game work, thanks to its low cost and very low power requirements. It can be operated comfortably by the cheapest Tractors in the game.

Advantages

• Cheapest: The Fanex 604 is the cheapest model of Tedder available in the base game. If you plan on raising Cows early on, the Fanex 604 is quite affordable.
• Low Power Requirements: The Fanex 604 draws only 14 Horsepower while working, and is also a very light tool overall. This makes it possible to operate the Fanex 604 using the smallest of Tractors without issue.
• Narrower Trail: As it works, the Fanex 604 leaves a trail of Hay that is 6.2 meters wide - half as wide as the trail left by the larger Tedder models. Depending on the method you used to prepare the Grass for tedding, and the method you will use to pick up the Hay, this might end up reducing your workload.
• Folding: When not in use, the Fanex 604 can be folded into an upright position, reducing its width from 6.2 to 2.6 meters. This improves maneuverability with the tool during transit.

Disadvantages

• Narrowest: The Fanex 604 is half as wide as the other available Tedder models. This may or may not affect the time it will take to complete the same amount of work - depending on how you create your Grass piles.
