About
The Biogas Plant is a Production in Farming Simulator 22. It can be used with or without purchasing it.
At the Biogas Plant, you can sell Silage, Manure, Slurry and Cut Beets. The price paid for Silage is almost always a better price than it will fetch at other Sale Points. It is the only place that you can sell Slurry and Manure.
When owned the biogas plant produces Electric Charge and Methane as products, these are sold to earn money.
Digestate
The biogas plant produces Digestate as a biproduct of creating electricity and methane. Digestate is useful as it acts as a Fertilizer.
Payment
The biogas plant pays out straight away like any other sell point when you don't own it, however when you do it pays out every hour provided it has an input.
Bunker
The biogas plant has Bunkers built into it to make silage on site as it is a bulky material, it is recommended to use these to save on transport.
