Vehicles: Farming Simulator 22
A Vehicle is any machine that is powered by an engine and can move under its own power. In Farming Simulator 22, all vehicle categories appear on their own separate page in the store menu. Vehicles are distinct from Equipment, which cannot move without a vehicle to tow or carry them.

Changes in the vehicles tab
Changes
- Medium tractors like Case IH Maxxum Series and New Holland T6 Series, which were in medium tractors category in Farming Simulator 19, moved to the "Small Tractors" category.
- "Crop Protection" is an in-game category of self-propelled sprayer, in the equipment tab it named just as "Sprayers".
New categories
- Balers, which includes the Vermeer ZR5-1200 self-propelled baler.
- Grape Technology, which includes the grape harvesters.
- Olive Technology, which includes the New Holland Braud 9090X Olive olive harvester.
- Vegetable Technology, which includes the Dewulf ZKIVSE self-propelled vegetable harvester.
- Slurry Tanks, which includes self-propelled slurry tanks.
- Forklifts, which includes all in-game forklifts. Previously, Manitou MC18-4 in Farming Simulator 19 was in the "Misc" category.
Tractors

Tractors are farming vehicles began as steam powered engines to run a stationary farm machine. They eventually evolved to traction engines used to plow. The progression into the modern era led to additional developments in size and horsepower. Tractors are essential, as they are the workhorse of the modern farm.
Every tractor type has its own category: Small Tractors, Medium Tractors, and Large Tractors.
Trucks

Trucks are special vehicles that are used to tow semi-trailers. In Farming Simulator 22, the first even licensed American truck manufacturer introduced in the game is a Mack Trucks (previous Farming Simulator games have American trucks under Lizard brand).
Harvesters

There are two main types of harvesters within the game: combine harvesters and forage harvesters. There are also a few specialty harvesters used only for a single type of crop. Each harvester can use its own attachments or attachments from other harvesters. Specialty harvesters come with all equipment standard and pre-attached.
Forage Harvesters

Forage harvesters are used to cut corn, wheat, barley, canola or grass to chaff to make the silage.
Potato Technology

This category includes Grimme Ventor 4150 self-propelled potato harvester.
Balers

As a part of Vermeer Pack, the category includes Vermeer ZR5-1200 self-propelled round baler, which works similarly to other round baler, it makes bales from straw, hay or grass.
Beet Technology

This category includes 3 self-propelled sugar beet harvesters, and the Ropa Maus 5 beet collector.
Sugarcane Technology

This category includes Case IH Austoft 8800 Multi-Row self-propelled sugarcane harvester.
Cotton Technology

As a part of Premium Expansion, the category includes Dewulf ZKIVSE 4-row self-propelled vegetable harvester.
Forestry Machines

The category includes forest harvesters, forwarders, Prinoth RAPTOR 300 mulcher, IMPEX Hannibal T50 and John Deere 843L-II feller bunchers, John Deere 848L-II skidder, Volvo excavators, Pfanzelt Pm Trac III and Kotschenreuther K 300R Gen2 forestry tractors, and Volvo L200H High Lift loader for logs.
Animals

Crop Protection

The category includes 3 self-propelled sprayers, all other are in the Sprayers category in the equipment tab.
Slurry Tanks

Added in Patch 1.2, the category includes self-propelled slurry tanks, all other slurry tanks alognside with slurry distributors can be found in the same category in the equipment tab. There are 4 slurry tanks in the category - Vervaet Hydro Trike 5x5, Oxbo AT5104 LNMS, Oxbo AT4103 and Oxbo AT5105.
Mowers

The category includes AEBI CC 66, Brielmaier 29 EFI and KRONE BiG M 450 mowers, other mowers can be found in the same category in the equipment tab.
Front Loaders

The category includes self-propelled front loaders, which allow you load loose materials and bales onto transport vehicles or trailers.
Wheel Loaders

The category includes CLAAS and Volvo wheel loaders which work similarly to base front loaders, but they are also used for heavy stuff - like logs and containers in forestry.
Telehandlers

The category includes telescopic handlers and telescopic wheel loaders. Telehandlers work similarly to base front loaders, they are used if you need to get in high places - like a high-rack storage.
Skid Steer Loaders

The category includes New Holland and Kubota skid steer loaders. Skid Steer Loaders work similarly to base front loaders, they are agile and perfect if you're loading in narrow spaces.
Forklifts

The category includes Manitou and Jungheinrich forklifts. They help you to load and unload pallets or bigbags.
Cars

Cars are used to transport pallets and other, it is also used to move from A to B. Cars category includes gators by John Deere, Mahindra and Kubota, and Lizard pickups.
Miscellaneous

The category includes Prinoth Leitwolf Agripower self-propelled ratrack for biogas silage stores (works similarly leveler), Ropa NawaRo-Maus collector, and Reform Muli T8X multitask vehicle that works similarly to Lindner Unitrac 122 LDrive in Farming Simulator 19 - Muli T8X is used for transporting with its Platform and forage picking with its Primalpin forage picker. Unlike Unitrac 122 from FS19, it has no its manure and slurry fertilizing tools.
